Nope, Metal Gear Solid 4 won’t make it to the 360 [Humor]

The entire internet is ablaze with discussions about FFXIII going multiplatform. As a result similar discussions have started to happen with other exclusives, such as whether MGS 4 will be ported to the Xbox 360.
Here is a not so serious article detailing why it won't ever happen, with surprising facts to back up the claim.

Before I get flooded with hate mails, let me say, yes I only own a 360. And as much as I want to, the chances of MGS4 appearing on the 360 is pretty slim. You see, MGS 4 is akin to Halo 3. If you port Halo 3 to the PS3, the whole internet will be up in riot. If you port MGS4 to the 360, not only will the entire internet end up taking arms, but personal lives (read: Kojima’s) might be at stake.

        lol, I bought a PS3 for FF13, DMC4, and MGS4, and look what happened to two of those games

        Although, I do now like many other titles on the PS3, so no worries. It all works out in the end, really.

      Um...yeah, that's the thing...MGS4 CAN'T be done on 360. The DVD9 just would be able to properly pull it off. End of story.

    It's just not possible - they already debunked it. There isn't enough space on a non-BluRay disc to hold all of MGS4's data- and who wants another multi-disc MGS?


    Also - like stated; it is like porting Halo 3 to the PS3, and having cross platform multiplayer too... its just not a good idea.
    The internet will be in riot- and the blogosphere will implode.

    I'm pretty sure MGS4 is being ported out for the 360 shortly after the DS port of Crysis and Far Cry 2 comes out. We should probably expect it about a year.
