Xbox 360 Monitor

This is pretty cool. Xbox 360 gaming on the go! Not as good as the PS2P, but still, this would be handy at LAN parties and the like.

I try to follow everything Xbox-related as possible. Of course that in my search for gadgets and stuff, I frequently come across with products that might not be gaming-related, but that catch my eyes as well (by the way, I bought Hubuccino a couple of weeks ago and I love it).

One of the cool Xbox 360's add-ons I have heard about during this year's GDC was the Xbox 360 Monitor. How cool is that? You have a monitor of the size of your Xbox 360 that you take with you to (almost) anywhere you want.

I know it is not that simple to travel with a 360 (it is not a portable console, which means that it was not build mobile), but it opens doors for other possibilities, and despite the price, might be a smart and easy-to-use solution for (small) lan-parties, for instance.

    Not exactly the most portable thing I've ever seen but still very nice. I'd actually like one of these for when I go to uni since I won't have a tv in my room and might not be able top use the communial tv facilities as much as I'd like for games.

    Yeah, I suppose that looks pretty cool. I should imagine it's pretty heavy though. I'd mostly use something like that on a journey say in a car or on a train. It would obviously be cool and stop you from being bored but I know that if you put a laptop on your knee it's bad for you, wether or not the 360 does this too I'm not sure but I'd try and find out.

    Yeah, I think that would be cool, but hard to take with you or move.
