Things We Never Want To See Again At E3

E3 is now over, many are happy, many a sad, and many are just confused as to why certain people came/items were on display. Kotaku have however, decided to list the things that they don't ever want to see at another E3, and I must say I do agree with (some of) them. In short they are:

  1. Nintendo (yes the entire company)
  2. Talky-Talky
  3. Duffy
  4. Tell Us, Damnit
  5. Navel-Gazing
  6. Killzone 2
  7. Over-Excitment
  8. Posts about stuff we never want to see at E3 again

Nintendo – We did have a bunch of individual Nintendo-related things in here. We don’t want to see Mother’s Day cards. We don’t care about broken wrists. We don’t ever, ever want to see anyone playing Wii Music on a stage ever again. But the list just kept going, and going, and going, so we’re just going to lump them all into one category: Nintendo. Anything and everything you did at E3 this year, Nintendo, don’t ever do it again.

    I don't care if she's generalized under the "Nintendo" category. I want to see Cammie on that list. She deserves her own special spot. I mean, sure... maybe it's her first year, and she's new at this... but come on. Personally, I find that this is the sort of woman who will continue this craze.

      They could have put her between all of those, so the list would go Nintendo, Cammie, Talky-Talky, Cammie, Duffy, Cammie, etc.

      I whole heartedly agree with all of those choices.

          Okay, back on topic, Umm, I didn't get to see the Nintendo conference except the part for the music and dancing, for which I felt sorry for the people.

    Why it Killzone 2 on this list? What was wrong with it on E3?

      Nothing was wrong with it. I believe it's the fact that Killzone 2 has been shown at E3 for far too long. Correct me if I'm mistaken

    I know Nintendo are treating us to unwanted news by the mouthful but getting rid of them from the show is a bit drastic. The person who choose the list is overreacting a bit. But if the list was needed I'd add Microsoft for showing too many music games.

          Microsoft's music games are actually good, I'll be getting both of them myself. Wii Music fails in and around itself, in pretty much aspect.

          There's no comparison.

          Yeah so you are saying "Nintendo are showing no good games at E3 and keep giving us crap news, But they should still go to E3 whereas Ms should not go to E3 again because it showed 3 music games, One of which is coming to wii"

      Lol, I'm still trying to decipher if s/he liked it or not?!

      Yeah, Killzone 2 has been at too many E3's it's time to release. Alan Wake needs to come out too...but it wasn't at E3. Surely if it were it would have made this list.

      I think you could describe Nintendo as casual on the list. It was pretty much the middle finger that was shoved in all the gamers faces.

    In general I kinda agree with the list there. I can see why he put each point on there . . .

    But E3 is just plain going downhill. Period.
