5 Reasons FFXIII On The XBOX360 Wont Kill The Playstation

Well we thought it would never happen, yet it did, and the moment it happened, the gaming industry errupted, and the first thought on people's mind was - OMG This is going to kill Sony and the Playstation 3.

MWGamer take a deep breath and explain to us why that wont be the case... in short here are the headlines:

Final Fantasy 13 was the biggest moment of what turned out to be a damn squib of an E3, but even this could turn out to be over-shadowed by events Square can’t control, Minimum Wage Gamer has tasked their best investigator to find out 5 reasons why Final Fantasy on the 360 wont be A PS3 Killer.

    I agree with the list, Sony's got some 1-Ups with their version of FFXIII, but this all could have been avoided if they had a strict contract with SE, keeping a heavy-hitting exclusive in their custody. Makes no difference to me in the long run, just feel sorry for Sony (and the ticked off gamers who bought a PS3 solely for FFXIII).

    Hm let's see, 360's got...achievements! That's a '+' for their version.

      SquareEnix have said that both versions are identical, so chances are if the 360 version does get achievements then the PS3 version will get Trophies.

    4.Final Fantasy 11 was on the 360.
    Remember 11, or as the more optimistic like to remember �The 6th most played Xbox live game�. Although this also appeared on the PS2, the game was mainly for Microsoft, as an early MMORPG. Unfortunately, bar the hardcore, the game never took off for 2 years on the platform, the same thing may happen again for 13.

    I don't think so as 11 was a MMO and MMOs never really take off on consoles.

    Everyone knows it wont kill the PS3, and everyone who thinks it will is an idiota.

    This is just unnecessary nit-picking from Sony Fanboys who need to reassure themselves that FFXIII on the 360 won't kill their fancy-pants PS3's. Word to the fanboys - Quit. Quit now.

      Quit being better? No thanks. K bye. But yeah I didn't really care about ff13 And i really don't need this to reassure me we have littlebigplanet, home, mag, dc universe online, mgs4, A whole bunch more ff13 = not that important

    I'm not trolling it anymore, I'm actually trying to help people now. And how am I a tool? I have my own opinions and I don't blindly follow everyone else's opinions if they're biased.
