The final 2 chapters in the TWODOGSz series on Too Human. Read the life altering game that has turned this many casual encounter into a journey of discovery . .

Too Human Final Notes - Parts 5 & 6:

I’ve played the demo upwards of 10 hours. Not the full game. The demo. And as noted earlier I began that journey as a noted cynic who was unsure as to what my final thoughts regarding Too Human would be. Given the circus surrounding it with E3 ‘06, Denis Dyack and NeoGaf front and centre, it was not until the demo was released that I was able to form my own opinions on Too Human’s worth and block out the noise of the anonymous cybernetic sea. And it seems others are doing the same…

The purpose of this multi-part article has always been to seek forgiveness for my earlier judgements. In particular, my personal failure was to judge a book by its cover and by what misinformed others were saying, rather than by the contents within.

How exactly is this guy a moron?

Too Human is the type of game that rewards you with the time you put into it. The more time you invest, the more fun you will have. You can't just pick it up and master it in five minutes; go play Halo 3 if you want that dull experience.

I can't wait for tuesday afternoon. Got my special berzerker armor primed and ready.

Yep, agree 110% there mate. Halo just bores me to tears, no cerebral use at all. At least games like this has one use their heads and think, rather than rush and shoot.

This is somebody who played the demo for more than 10-15 minutes. Everybody who played it all the way through, or maybe even twice, liked it. It took me a full playthrough and I stared another one before I really got into it and now im hooked. If you can't get used to the controls (biggest complaint) then you are the moron yourself. They are just different.

Who's the moron mate. Even Denis Dyack liked the article/s and wrote a comment on the site just an hour ago. Just because you don't like a game, doesn't make someone else a moron.

Learn to be more tolerant and understand that others have different views to your own. You don't HAVE to agree, and you can discuss it like adults, but calling people morons etc is for kids.

I've heard from friends who have it that it's mediocre. But I won't buy it just because SK was being really gay with the whole Epic lawsuit.

That's a really sad thing not to buy a game for.

The game's not out until the 19th.

Just download the demo from the Marketplace and try it and then form your own opinion.

Wow, that's amazing then, seeing that it hasn't been "released" yet, so it would be really hard for them to comment about it then, wouldn't it . . ?

So what game have you played for many an hour and enjoyed it. Or replayed a demo over and over just to get used to it, enjoy it, or simply have some fun. What, none, gee wizz, you must be the only person that hasn't then.

So what if the author has spent 20 hrs on the game, at least he's changed his tune from his first initial impression of the game. Which to begin with he thoughts were crap, much like you do. But changed his mind once he actually played the game a few times and found out why it needs to be played differently. Which you obviously haven't done.

Plus if you read the article/s you'll find he's not always glowing about the game, and points out many flaws in it.

When the demo is as good and has as much depth, sure.

I know I'm not the only one who replayed the MGS2: SoL demo more than once, haha.

      You're just a moron. Simple.

don't mind him, the ONLY reason he is doing it is because its 360 exclusive.

Ahhh that explains it then . heheh Hey, we're not biased, we even reviewed MGS4 and gave it a solid (no pun intended) 9.8 and the review was well received by many SOny fans.

With regards to playing demos a lot, I put a lot of time in Bad Company, around 10 hours and played Frontlines to death, almost 30 hours before the games release. I found so many different ways around the map and different approaches that would normally be missed.
