Call of Duty Black Ops Voted ‘Best Game Ending’ Of All Time
18 hours 32 mins ago
These days, everyone knows that there are a lot of different gamers out there. For example they may love playing by themselves, or go to such extremes they only play the one game series.
These days there are both good types and bad types of gamers, so which ones do you think will become top of the food chain or eliminated? What is the best type to be?
Ever since the dawn of gaming, gamers have tried to find their identities within video game community.
From noobs to elites, each of these gamertypes can be used to identify and distinguish the best from the rest.

EDIT: Hey wait a minute, if you don;t get serious with games, what are you doing an a forum?
Bordering on 'heavy gamer' on some days. (but then again, I don't think 4 hours of game time is 'heavy').
Screw it. Real gamers don't classify them self.
Casuals can also be clasified as those who buy the games with lots of violence (mostly kids or teenagers who thinks it makes them cool), but thanks to the Wii these are now somewhere in between. Animal Crossing is hardcore, why? Because a casual gamer won't see anything in a game with such a stupid childish look, it's the hardcores who know that the series is a good and promising one who'll buy it.
I'm a heavy core gamer, I'm one of those 'Smart' fanboys, (and a smart person in general, I have a high school scholarship! And learned to read at 4 because my parents stopped reading me what the characters said in Banjo-Kazooie thus I taught myself.)
I'm slipping more into the 'casual gamer' type, but as far as sequels go, I'd classify under 'hardcore.'
I think I may be getting paranoid.
Probably closer to core (a lazy core gamer that is).....I've put a fair bit of money into it. My TV (HDTV) is mostly for gaming, I have a PS3 and 360 (and PSP, DS, and PS2), as well as a sound system....
When I sit to play a game, it is usually for at least a couple/few hours. Today, I've spent in excess of 7 and a half hours or so, playing Disgaea 3....
Nothing wrong with trying to categorize oneself. It is fun, in a way.
Don't care what anyone thinks, I do as I want, and I decided to say I'm somewhere between casual and core.
BTW: It is categorize, not category....I'm sure that is just a minor little typo on your part >_>
I forgot to say what I am! I would place myself as a mix of Core/Heavy gamer.
