Uh yeah, the first one (Megaman) made plenty of sense (thought he should have been put in several SSB games ago), but the rest were 'Oro?!?!?!', pretty much >_>

So, one obvious choice, followed by a bunch of poor ones IMO...

          Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

          I'm not too surprised, either.

"Wah, wah, waaah, I dun liek Brawlz!1!"

          Cry MOAR!

Honestly, though, it is a bit too early to be talking about the next SSB roster considering BRawl came out this year.

Believe it or not, my post was not over the top, noobish, or douchey in any way, shape, or for. I hardly count an educated opinion as "crying".

Alex from Lunar Legend. Metal Sonic simply cause Sonic needs a true rival in the game that isn't Mario (I don't call him a rival...simply cause in a TRUE fight between them, Sonic in my opinion still wins hands down no contest) and Shadow is already an assist trophy. Jade from Beyond Good and Evil. Earthworm Jim from EWJ. Cou & Ren from Elemental Gelade/Erementar Gerad would be cool.

Chances of any of them actually getting in the game? So unlikely it's not even funny. It's a tad too soon though for a new SSB.

Metal Sonic? If their going to put any new Sonic characters at all, it should be Tails. One Sonic character is more than enough.

Who cares what a random person wants to see in the next Smash Bros, if I made a blog about how I want to see different 3rd parties in the next one, have Geno and AC Villager playable and Vaati as an assist trophy does that mean it's instantly game grep material? Actually since it seems to I should post my in depth move sets for those characters into a blog some day...

I heard that they were going to add Mega Man (after one of his creator's asked, of course), but just didn't have the room. So we'll likely see him in the next installment.

As long as Marth and Snake are back, I'll be happy.

    Mega Man would be awesome!

Honestly, I've never played a SSB game, but I'd seriously consider buying one if Mega Man and Solid Snake were in it.

Also, Mega Man's dog, Rush, would be a great sidekick character.

And Tails from Sonic would be a great addition. I'm surprised he hasn't been added, yet.

And, this may be a bit out there, but Altair from Assassin's Creed would be so cool. That probably wouldn't happen, but I think he'd fit in pretty well.

Damn, the roster just keeps getting bigger and bigger. Eventually, there'll be a whole army of characters to choose from.

I hope so! The more characters, the better; in my opinion.

So what if it's made and it sucks; just don't buy it. Ever think of that?

What if they realize that the last one sucks and they improve on it? Or is that a foreign concept to you?

Maybe because im a big fan of the super smash brothers games. Ever thought of that?

With that said, I was horrible disappointed with brawl. Many things within the game just felt like a Melee 1.5.

Don't "big fans" usually want a new version of the game they're a fan of?

Okay well first of all, Brawl Was not ruuined. It is the BEST game of the series. Awesome Stages, custom stages, subspace emissary was very short and easy but still a big upgrade. Melee was a very good game and lasted us a looong 7 years but were the tournaments really that great? The champions always being the top tier characters (Marth, Fox Falco Shiek and C. Falcon) In brawl they have all the characters, nicely balanced. Pit has everything you'd want, but cant KO for crap. Bowser is heavy and horridly slow but his attacks are much more versatile and easier to use. Brawl is not a bad game. Now, if they made a sequel, that'd be tight. But they'd have to inclue another third party character. For all you who want Megaman in, thats a no go. I personally Love Megaman but he's capcom, and capcom does NOT go with Nintendo. Konami has had multiple games for Nintendo consoles, so has sega. And also, what the twilight prince said, yes, more chars = more complaints.
Remember how simple the first game was? No complaints at all.
    Thanks for reading, lol

Yes, I do, and it was better than Brawl at the time.

We are talking about new characters in the series, not how bad the newest installment is.

So very much negativity around here. I think that the only purpose in some peoples lives is to whine and complain about popular games. I do prefer Melee to Brawl but I'll buy the next super smash and every other super smash after that, the series is just that good. I agree that the online in brawl is quiet possibly the worst in video game history, but it is still a Wii must buy. And hopefully they will add a lot more characters in the next game and not remove any of the characters that are in Brawl.

That's the problem. They just keep adding and adding and adding. THey can't do this forever, it almost feels like I'm playing the same game I've been playing for 10 years.

Well, thats just what corporations do these days. They try and milk out as much of a profit out of something until the mainstream finally gets tired of it. Thats the kind of world we live in.

Unfotuneatley yes. What im whining abutis why melee over brawl?
Melee was waaaaaay too easy. And in tournaments, its always shiek, falco marth and fox.
What would you want in brawl rathr than charactrs and character creation. NOTHING. Brawl is the best game ou for wii. IT IS THE BEST INSTALLMENT OF THE SERIES. DO NOUBT.
NO MOR CHARACTERS. 35 IS ENOUGH.

    I never gave my input.

Now that Star Wars: The Force Unleashed has done so well, I'm so expecting to see Jedi and Sith in the next game now. Please?

They're movie characters. I doubt Nintendo would consider putting them in.
Besides, if they are ever going to put any movie character in any Smaah Bros ever, it better be Han Solo.
