We received a cool replica helmet from EA for the upcoming release of Dead Space and, since a bloody battle was fought who would get it in the office, a decision was made to give it away. Dead Space launched today, and it’s packed full of limb-removing goodness. It’s also got a pretty slick-lookin’ hero, who rocks a rugged suit of engineering armor throughout the adventure. If only that armor existed in real life! Well guess what, it does!

EA has provided us with an authentic replica Dead Space helmet that’s full size, wearable and looks like it was ripped right out of the game. And we’re giving you all the chance to win it!

So how do you go about doing that? It’s going to take a bit of work! We’re asking folks to create their very own Dead Space suit of armor, from scratch, with household materials.
