Call of Duty Black Ops Voted ‘Best Game Ending’ Of All Time

David Jeffe is a man I feel I could like, dignified and smart when he needs to be, but blunt as a sledgehammer when he's passionate about something. In this case the cancellation of the Philadelphian Video Game Expo in without any notice, despite him meant to be making an appearance via Skype. And God of War 3, which he says he has seen and its graphics top absolutely anything he has ever seen, even Gears of War 2, which he is a big fan of apparently.
ps. I saw GOD OF WAR III when I was in Santa Monica last week. I can and will not give away details. But I think it's ok for me to say two things:
a- HOLY HOLY HOLY *bleep*ING HELL!!!!
b- I thought GEARS OF WARS 2 looked about as good as a next-gen game could look....and that game is currently- and will probably remain- my game of the year. And hell, I think I actually get to vote on that kind of stuff in some circles :) And unless I get blown away by POP or something else I missed, GEARS 2 is the SHIT....this year. Dudes and dudettes, *bleep*ing WAIT till you see the amazing graphics...just *bleep*ing wait. And yes, Xbots, accuse me all you want of being a Sony fanboy. Just remember two things:
#1- I just said GEARS 2 is the BEST *bleep*ing playing and looking game of the year....better than any PS3 game. And there are some damn good PS3 games, I feel.
#2- *bleep* YOU! I ain't no fan boy but this mother *bleep*ing game looks like nothing you've ever played...and you can hold me to that when this thing hits and when they start showing gameplay footage. It looks like a painting come to life- it's THAT good looking.

Even CoO was a kickass epic game for PSP. It was everything I expected. God of War 3, with Jaffe overlooking the development and him writing the script for his game, is known that god of War has never disappointed. They both greatly improve and pushes the limits of the console.
To sit here and say I doubt GoW3 will be bigger system selling then MGS4 is just crazy. Sorry, I just can't take your posts about God of War seriously.
Anyway this coming from David is music to my ears. I can't wait for God of War 3 which will push the limits and show what God of War 3 with Blu-ray is capable of. Its going to be a monster hit.
Not to sound like a fanboy here, but I kinda agree with Red. But there's no doubt Gears 2 looks very beautiful.
That being said; in Uncharted, there was nary a pixel to be seen anywhere, coupled with fluid animations and water effects, I'd say Gears 2 and Uncarted are both at a level few others have reached.
Of course, only until Killzone 2 arrives. That's undebatable.
Idk I just think having a new guy over looking the next game brings in a new personal style and vision of the game while keeping it relatively similar with the predecessors. I mean Jaffe is already orgasming over God of War 3 so far and it isn't finished yet. I mean if he can be getting that excited that means the third game is going to be epic on a grand scale. God of War 3 is the game most PS3 owners have been waiting for, buying the system for that game. I mean the 4 past games never disappointed, especially the two PS2 games and PSP game.
Regardless of what you feel with the lack of gameplay or length on the PSP version, they literally pushed the limits of the Handheld. Giving us a unbelievable Portable God of War game that literally matches the PS2 games on all fronts. I mean you really have to give credit to Sony and devs working on God of War. And I'm truly hyped up for this game now, after reading this. I'm a huge God of War fan, probably more then DMC in all honestly, not to mention a Greek Myth fan. So to play a game within my interests for 10+ years is something to behold.
