No Video Games This Vacation, How About You?

Dark Arcanine | January 06, 2009 | Blog | PC Playstation 2
Patrick Klepek of multiplayerblog.mtv.com blogs about his unfortunate tale. He packed himself ready these Christmas holidays, he was ready to spend two weeks destroying his wrists, but he ended up doing absolutely no gaming at all! With this he poses the question, is he the only one?
Even though I dragged my Xbox 360, PS3, DS and PSP (and iPhone?) through airport security, every system remained stowed away during my nearly two-week visit home. I had every intention of playing through a few games, but it never occurred. Weirder still, this happens to me every year.

I played games about the same as usual.

I didn't get any games for X-mas though. Just played my own games.

Course, I was home alone on X-mas (house sitting), so that might be the reason XD

I didn't ask for any. I got what I asked for, and I'd bought Batallion Wars 2 for 13 euro a little beforehand, anyway (which, incidentally, is okay, though somewhat short and has little, if any, replay value).

I asked for a few games, instead my dumb parents got 3 crap pc games. They could have got one really good game tht I had asked for, I don't know what they was thinking tbh.

I didn't play any games over Christmas even though I got a fair few.
I think it was because I was too lazy to pull myself up off the sofa xD

I got one game for Christmas - FIFA 09. It's understandable, as it's the only one I asked for.

I've been playing video games loads. I received four for Christmas, along with my new Wii, so I have hardly moved from the main lounge in my house. I should probably play with my Nintendo DS more again though.

This happens to me heaps. I'll have time off or no plans for a weekend, so I'll plan to use that time completing some of the games I haven't finished ... yet I never do it. I always end up wasting my time and regretting it by the end of the weekend. >_>
Weird thing is, I do it all th time. I can't break the habit.
