Video game fanboys (and fangirls, of course) are everywhere. We live in a culture of brand loyalty, and each of the big three (Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft) have a history that has garnered love from some and hate from others. Even the most stout platform agnostic probably has a little bit of fanboy deep down inside, either because of childhood memories, owning only one current generation console at a time, or one of other countless reasons. The only one that doesn't belong there is the use of acronyms. Everyone, no matter if you be a fanboy or not...everyone uses them. It is a faster and easier way of chatting and since the age of mobile phones, have become a lot more popular before being used in games.
