Characters of the Same Voice Actor

Charlie Barratt of gamesradar.com presents us with a list of voice actors who can be linked to multiple characters but you'd hardly expect or know it! Read on to find out some interesting links.

One is a pure, bubbly and pretty-as-pink princess who rarely reveals even the skin of her ankle. The other is a sassy, sexy and no-nonsense computer program who has spent her entire existence in the nude. Within the tightly linked and extraordinarily small world of videogame voice acting, however, these two women are the exact same person.

    Cam Clarke did Liquid Snake and Simba's voice in KHII? Dudenowai!

    I thought that was surprising enough, but the list just got more and more surprising.

      Cam Clarke doing Snake and Simba was the only one I knew.The rest I didn't because I had only played one game at the most featuring the same voice actor.Or I never watched the show they were in either.

    The only one I really knew was that The Boss [MGS3] was voiced by Diane Simmons [Family Guy].

    John Di Maggio has a great portfolio. He's played;

    - A tough guy who eats testosterone for breakfast.
    - The best robot ever.
    - And the most annoying ginger haired Blitzball player ever.

    I'm surprised Yuri Lowenthal didn't make the list though.

      Bender's a cool robot, but doesn't compare to GIR.

      I knew very few of these... I mostly just knew that Mario, Luigi, Wario, Waluigi, Baby Mario, Baby Luigi and Baby Wario were all voiced by Charles Martinet and that all of the Female characters in Conker's Bad Fur Day were voiced by the same actress, all the Males except the Great Mighty Poo were also voiced by the same actor.

    I love this useless trivia knowledge stuff. Especially when it comes to actors/movies, and now that games are so cinematic, I can connect them as well! Cool article(s). My favorite was seeing a picture (drawing?) of Diane Simmons next to a character from MGS, haha.

    Look up the cast for No More Heroes, one of the bosses is the fish in American Dad, another is Raiden in MGS and Axl In Kingdom Hearts.

    Hahaha, I knew the same person who played Bender played Marcus Fenix, but I never knew the Princess Peach / Zoey from Left4Dead one, and the Baird / Saren from Mass Effect one.

    Luke Skywalker as the Joker and the Wolverine? That's pretty intense, if you ask me. Though John DiMaggio is pretty intense, too.

    Simon Templemen who did Roman in Uncharted should be better known for his voice talent as the uber vampire Kain.

      *bleep* yes, Simon Templemen is the man. He practically made Kain, Kain would not be nearly as cool if he was voiced by someone else.

    Hahaha, Peach being Cortana is pretty unexpected, but interesting. Is it just me or does Baird from GoW look like Saren Arterius?

    Wow. I never would have guessed the Baird/Saren voice actor. They dont sound much alike at all. Good stuff.

    I laughed at Spyro being the same voice as the Chihuahua on the Taco Bell commercials. I also liked that both Homer and Jim have the same voices...and the same facial expressions.
