New “Playstation 3 the Best” and “PSP the Best” games revealed

This is a video game idea in the vein of Left 4 Dead and Condemned. You can take it just as that, an idea. While this game isn't being made, and will likely never be made, but Dylan Nelson of My Secret Online Thoughts felt strongly enough in the idea to write up a fairly long article on it. It details everything he could think of.
I dont quite know where to begin when telling others about a game idea. I suppose one would normally start with the story, but much like Left 4 Dead, my game idea doesnt have a story. It would more or less be a series of small multiplayer games, exactly like Left 4 Dead, where the story could be filled in by the players. Unlike Left 4 Dead however, each story would not take place over 5 mini levels, but one spanning level.

If only there was more of a way to break into the industry from a mere gamer point of view.
RPG MAKER XP FTW!
But then, the good ones listen, but never "officially" listen to gamers' ideas.
If this game was made, I'd be first in line to buy it.
And adding rare weapons just COMPLETELY tips the balance...such as a handgun against a bat. That was another problem with the online, once one side had a gun, the other side never stood a chance.
Most of the concept sounds great, but the combat and things like that only sound good on paper. The melee SOUNDS like a good idea because it works great in single player; not so much online.
And yes to the royalties thing. It was easy to miss, but I kind of alluded to the that when I brought up that the enemies may be "vaguely recognizable" faces.
Thank you all for reading and I'm especially happy with all of the positive comments
If anybody has any ideas for how to make the combat work better, or anything else at all, you can comment here or at the article itself to get my attention.
I'm just throwing ideas out there...if all else fails, might as well try third person view or something along those lines.
Quick time events could work, though I know gamers have kind of tired of those in video games now adays...
This reminds me of my own idea from ages ago, has to do with possessing people, taking over the world/destroying it via a lot of different ways, taking out ancient evil rivals of yours that can possess people as well, basically a really gigantic sandbox world to do everything in. Yep, would be hard as hell but could be pretty original.
