360 Fanboy says God of War III the Reason to Borrow a PS3
21 hours 24 mins ago
Microsoft is changing the way gamers view the Xbox 360 in Japan; in addition, they are planning to improve the Xbox Live service even more. By constantly strengthening themselves, Microsoft is determined to extend its lead over Sony in 2009.
As we continue our journey, our next chapter will reveal a new reason known as the Paradigm. Throughout the remaining months of 2009, and starting at E3, we will begin to see Microsoft’s vision for the future unfold before our very eyes.
To clarify, Microsoft is beginning to create a paradigm shift in the Land of the Rising Sun. More importantly, they will maintain their lead in the online service marathon by creating an even greater shift in the way gamers perceive Xbox Live.

There are still MORE articles to come?
Don't you think you've milked it a little too hard now?
Can we all get together though and EVERYONE choose to NOT approve the other three parts that will apparently be coming?
It's nonsense as well. The 360 is being annihilated in Japan and that isn't going to change. Sony and Nintendo will dominate that market again this year.
I thank you for your feedback. I would like to explain the reason for writing this article.
The Xbox 360 has been heavily criticized lately, for no good reason. Everyone has been claiming that the PS3 has a stronger line-up and the Xbox 360 has no titles worth looking forward to this year. When such an absurd statement is made, and I can do something to clarify to all gamers, that are blindly supporting it, that the statement is inaccurate, I will. That is why I chose to write this article.
However, when I started writing it, I did not expect it to grow to its current size. Furthermore, when I was finally done, the end result was a 20,000 word article!! Regardless of the fact that it was an article to be proud of, it was too much for gamers to digest, so I decided to break it down to small bites.
It is entirely up to the reader to choose to read these articles.
I understand that you might believe that I am taking too long to make a point that could be done in a single article. However, the problem is that this article has so much information that a single article would not be enough, and if it were, it would be too long. All I ask is that you bare with me a little longer, I only have three more to go; we are almost done.

Did you ever hear about the power of Compounding? if not, I recommend checking it out.

I don't know why you would like to make sure that my upcoming articles don't get approved. I don't believe they are hurting anyone, so if you would rather not read them, then don't, and if there is something about them that bothers you, please tell me so that I could use your feedback to make better articles instead of just shutting me out.

It's not about the traffic. I know that breaking down the article into eight chapters instead of releasing them as a single article would massively increase traffic, but I mainly broke it down to give people a chance to read them rather than quickly scan through a huge article that I worked really hard on preparing.
In the end, I personally thought that this website has mature gamers that have healthy and clean discussions, which is why I decided to post on it. My articles were never meant to offend anyone; they were only meant to educate and entertain.

Sony is in its third you now and when you look back over these 3 years, its first was just plain awful (save uncharted and ratchet and clank). Its second year was extremely solid (no pun intended to MGS) and I felt that both consoles lines ups were pretty even. And now we are in the PS3's third year which the game line up moves past being solid to just amazing.
However when you compare this to the 360's third year which in my opinion was the consoles best (halo 3, bioshock, mass effect, crackdown etc), the consoles appear to be following trend.
So in my opinion why the 360 is going to be a long way off the ps3 this year is because this going to be a very much transitional year for it. I expect that at E3 Sony's main emphasis will be on software for this year and possibly next year. While microsoft is going to bring new concepts with the emphasis on hardware to reinvent the console.
Sony and Nintendo are providing admirable alternatives of equal quality and enjoyment. I do not see, opinion or otherwise, how Microsoft will DOMINATE 2009. Some good points though. You could provide more weighings of each systems offers and provide the opportunity cost of committing money to one lineup and not the other.
Plentiful article is plentiful. And nice to munch on during a lunchbreak so I do thank you for that.
I thank you for your positive feedback. However, I must correct you on something. The list of Xbox 360 titles you mentioned are from the second year, not the third. The third year had Gears of War 2, Left 4 Dead, Fable 2, Ninja Gaiden 2, Banjo Kazooie, Viva Pinata 2, Lost Odyssey, Infinite Undiscovery, Tales of Vesperia, The Last Remnant, and Too Human. What is impressive about this list is that out of the 11 titles, 7 were first party!

Sorry to sound like I'm wanting to shut you out, what I mean by my comments are, well my opinion holds true to the first article and how I said everyone says the 360 will dominate every year, as well as everyone just the same says every year will be the year of the PS3. It's just a big fanboy battle with the 360 guys saying the 360 will dominate, and the PS3 guys saying the PS3 will dominate.
The truth of the matter is that who will "dominate" is one of those things with no answer. No console will "dominate" really because it depends on the gamers themselves and which games they personally enjoy! Who will win this year? The gamers who get the games they enjoy, because while other people talk about their console and why it's better than the other, gamers will play games and have the time of their lives.
So while this year I'm looking forward to more PS3 games than 360, someone else may be looking forward to more 360 games than PS3 games. Who is right and who is wrong? Neither one, because it's a matter of personal taste in games. If the PS3 moved $500K in hardware and software one year and the 360 moved $1.5 million that same year . . . and yet I enjoyed playing more PS3 games during that period of time, which console won in my eyes? The PS3, because I enjoyed the PS3 more than the 360 that year. What good to me is a console that moved high numbers, yet didn't get much of my attention or that I didn't enjoy that much? None whatsoever.
So the thing that gets me about these articles, is first and foremost: I despise the console war/fanboy attitude that seems to be overbearing this generation of consoles.
Second: Is the amount of words used to try to prove an opinion as fact. It's . . . almost like over-compensating. If something is fact, it pretty much proves itself. Sure you can explain that truth, but you don't NEED hundreds of millions of words to explain it. It can be merely explained by listing the games and saying, "Watch, it'll prove itself to win." But by using so many words to prove something so adamantly to be true . . . seems to tell the person you're trying to convince "What I'm saying may not be true, so let me say a LOT of words to compensate and try to convince you." Truth be told, if something is true, you state it and it should convince the person. If they're not convinced, it doesn't really matter because truth doesn't need the majority to believe it, in order for it to be truth.
But that's why I offered people to not approve any more of the articles. Nothing against you, just that after the 3rd part of saying opinion = fact . . . . it gets overbearing if you know what I mean.
Hope you make it back and comment more, it's good to see you joining the discussion here.
