Nintendo's WiiWare and DSiWare stores are full of some of the worst ideas that gaming has ever had. Check the source for the full rant on resumeplay.net.

I’ve got a bone to pick with Nintendo and most, not all, of the developers that throw up their games on these two stores. I’m leaving out the Virtual Console store which is much better than what these two have to offer. This is something I’ve wanted to write about for a while, and something that upsets me as a Wii owner. Going through the collection of games that are offered through these services, you will notice most of these games just judging by their names have nothing to offer to almost everybody.

The point of WiiWare is to prove cheap gaming and provide opurtunities for indie developers to get into the market.

Also, this guy is the king of contradictions.

    quote
can you name five games that are worth the money and bring something new to the table on XBLA. I’m sure you can; and I’m sure you can do the same with the PSN as well. Trying to do this with WiiWare had me stumped which tells me something about WiiWare as a whole.

Now before I continue, I do want to point out that I understand their are some noteworthy titles including Lost Winds, World of Goo, Mega Man 9, Bit Trip Beat, along with a couple others that hold as much quality and polish like these titles.
