TheGamerAccess.com has published an article about the Sony theory and what Sony may really be up to. They go into depth and provide the facts to back their statements up.

Sony has caught a lot of flack in this generation of console "wars", and for good reason. They have the most expensive, although most technically advanced, console that lacked many features that people either expected or wanted. The games that were initially released for the PS3, specifically third party, were mostly bad or rushed ports that did not meet the same standards or quality that their Xbox 360 counterparts achieved. The PlayStation 3 came out a full year after the 360 and even though the Wii came out at the same time as the PS3, Nintendo's console was half the price of the cheapest PS3 at the time, and it was more "casual friendly". I do not agree with many of the decisions that Sony has made this generation and sometimes I wonder exactly what they were thinking? Well I may have figured it out or at least put a few more pieces of the puzzle together, I could be wrong but consider what I am about to tell you.

Now that was an awesome read. And some of the points the author makes was really interesting and could easily be fact. Its very logical and one of those articles where you sit there and go "well yeh true! That makes sense".
