PSN to SEN: Time to rage quit? - DarkFeed

Following straight up from the Ratchet & Clank: A Crack In Time post, Resume Play takes a look at Sony's stunning God of War series to see which improvements can be made on the third instalment to make it game of the year.
The first God of War was always one of those games I would see laying around in game stores, on eBay etc. that I would always want to play, but when push came to shove I would just overlook it. When I finally got my hands on a bargain-priced copy of the game I was kicking myself over how good it was, and why I hadn’t bothered to pick it up before. God of War is one of Sony’s masterpiece flagship titles alongside the Metal Gear series, Ratchet & Clank series, and now also the Uncharted series; it offers such an easy way to pick up and play without any learning curve whatsoever, yet it allows players to experiment greatly in how they approach each battle. God of War II was just as much of a success as the first game, offering the same fluid combat system, an enticing storyline, some mildly challenging puzzles, and of course, the tantalising boss battles.

EPIC PHAIL!
Multiplayer is not suited to GoW3 at all. Why does it need to have that to be a GOTY? Imo, the online aspect of GoW3 should be limited to leaderboards for the challenges.
checking it twiceclaiming it'd make it GOTY, I think this is just a silly person who thinks making a wishlist for a game and then claiming it'd make it GOTY would actually be an interesting article.I've always said GOW is a single player experience, and no, there really is no way you could make an online segment. Co-op play? I don't think so. Challenge of the Gods/Titans? Doubtful. A Gladiator arena would be the only thing they could do, but how many people can you fit into a single colliseum? And wouldn't everyone want to be Kratos?
No, they're better off releasing certain DLC that would add weapons/items/challenges. That's it.
IMO, the game is already my GOTY next year.
1) more blood
2) more violence
3) more sex
Didn't really consider that one, did I?
Touché.
