Episode two of Capcom USA's character introductions for their upcoming fighting game, Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Ultimate All-Stars comes by way of Seth Killian's blog over at Capcom-Unity. This second batch gives us the skinny of Batsu Ichimonji from Rival Schools: United By Fate (Capcom) and Casshern from Neo-Human Casshern (Tatsunoko).

The new kid at Taiyo High in the arcade fighting game Rival Schools: United By Fate, Batsu Ichimonji is the hot-blooded transfer student ready to duke it out in the search of his disappeared mother. His moveset includes the Kiai Dan (Guts Bullet), his fireball-type projectile move. Rival Schools used a tag team system, with the game's special moves being carried out by the two-person team, which is replicated in Batsu's Level 3 Super, the Rival School Tag Team Super. What the super will actually do will depend on who your partner is, and will actually get stronger if your partner happens to be KO'd. One of Batsu's strongest Tag Team supers can be done with Casshern: the Double Ryuusei Kick.

Casshern is a neoroider (neo-human) that turned himself into a cyborg to combat the robotic forces that have taken over the world in Neo-Human Casshern. His original name being Tetsuya Azuma, his biological father, Dr. Azuma, was the inventor of robots that were created to serve humankind; the robots however, went rogue when they believed that for good of the Earth meant that the human race needed to be destroyed. One of Casshern's signature moves is the Zan Iwa Chop, of which there is a level-1 super version: the Brutal Axe. Casshern can summon his robotic canine partner Friender, whose attack changes depending on which button strength was used. Casshern's Level-3 Super Move is the Chou Hakai Kousen: in which he shoots a green beam at his opponent that traps the victim in a green hole and later explodes.

Additionally, the live-action movie from Casshern is home to one of the better action sequences in recent memory:

This is part 2 in our continuing efforts to drop science about who's who in the glorious Tatsunoko Vs Capcom: Ultimate All-Stars, this time featuring Batsu and Casshern.
