Two Classic Characters Return For Resident Evil 5's Mercenaries Reunion

The first Max Payne 3 screens were released a few days ago, and fans have been split down the middle over the new appearance of Max and the game in general. Here is why many fans are apprehensive about Max Payne 3...
t’s been over five years since we last saw a Max Payne game, and fans have been been eagerly awaiting a return to the gritty film noir world presented in those games. Most people were initially pretty excited when the game was announced back in March, but since then some people have started to feel a little bit concerned that Max Payne 3 won’t live up to it’s predecessors. While the game does retain a lot of signature elements of the series, it does also break tradition in a lot of ways, and that has some fans second guessing the title.

That may be fine with a new game or a sequel to an average shooter but being a MP sequel, it needs to be more than just your average shoter.
I absolutely hated the was Solid Snake looked in MGS4 at first, but it ended up being an absolutely amazing game for me, and I've grown to think he looks like a total badass in the game.
All we can really judge is the way Max Payne 3 is going to look, so we really shouldn't be apprehensive about anything except aesthetics just yet, and even that is something you shouldn't be too apprehensive about.
The game can still have a great storyline, voice-overs(you know it will have great voice overs. *It's a R* game*), gameplay, etc.
If you can tell me one game in the past 8 years that they have made being average then you might have some reason to worry. This argument goes either way though. If max looked the same and it was still in New York fans would be saying that it didnt evolve enough.
Rockstar is never one to exploit thier games so I expect a nice if not somewhat distant continuation of the story line, the same raising of the bar of the shooter genre as always from max payne, and most important of anything, that lil voice inside of max's head which has unintentionally made everyone laugh at least once. Think about it, it's south America the drug Valkerie (sp?) is probablly running rumpant. Different country different bad guys, but same ol' max.
