At 50 million, the PSP (short for Playstation Portable) has a chance to surpass the hardware sales of the Game Boy, which is sold 120 units spread out across ten plus years. This will be quite an impressive feat considering the competition of the Nintendo DS and the price of the PSP.

If it only sold 120 units I'd say it already surpassed the sales

Wait a minute, Gameboy pocket and gameboy color?

There NOT talking about the advanced?

If the PSP isn't canceled and it keeps selling then obviously it will sell more than a canceled very old piece of hardware. Then again, the Gameboy has sold a hell of alot. 120 million is a record which I think even the DS still hasn't passed.

HOWEVER, it will be a long time if Sony hopes to achieve that goal. And no doubt about it that Nintendo will be the first to get there at the rate there going.

I swear, this article is trying to make the PSP sound good; I don't understand why Rurouni doesn't comprehend that the PSP trailing a previous-gen game in the first place is ridiculous.
