Gamers are being charged full price for DLC or games that are timed exclusives and had previously launched on the other console a year or so ago. TheGamerAccess.com explains the whole problem with Timed Exclusivity.

With the recent announcement of the Fallout 3 DLC coming to the PS3, a question arose in my mind. Should gamers be charged full price for DLC or games that are timed exclusives once they release on the console that was forced to wait for the content?

He's right. This Fallout DLC, it should be a bit cheaper than the 360 counterpart.

I was expecting something biased, but you know, the article has a point. It goes both ways, if something is timed exclusive, and the game/DLC on the original console has gone down in price, then when it releases on the other console(s) it should be EQUAL (not more, not cheaper either) in price.

The only exception would be if the later-released product is different enough from the original to warrant the full price.

Yeah...why the *bleep* should anyone have to buy the overpriced BioShock DLC when they had to wait a year to get it?
