Have you seen Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver in action? Now’s your chance. While you’re watching the video, try to pay close attention to anything that’s different about the upcoming “enhanced” remakes. Good luck—you’ll need it.
You see, there’s not much difference between the “enhanced” remakes and its recent predecessors.
Nintendo sure loves printing its own money. To keep up with the DS (and all its variants) handheld’s blistering pace, The House That Mario Built decided to roll out an “enhanced” remake of Pokémon Gold and Silver games, which came out for the Game Boy Color back in 1999. The enhanced remakes are christened Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver. If you want to see how the upcoming Pokémon games look, then check out the video after the jump.

From what I've seen 'enhanced' sums these remakes up. They've got a new lick of paint, various new in-game areas and new game features.
But that's besides the point;
Little known website + going against public opinion = TRAFFIC.
There's a lot of differences. HUGE graphical overhaul, ANY pokemon can follow you, the battle system is changed from Crystal to Platinum, there are now cutscenes, two regions for double the Pokemon plus Hoenn and Sinnoh will make a appearance and other stuff.
And I'm not a Pokemon fan. Far from it actually!
FYI, the Pokemon-following mechanic has been introduced before. Cutscenes? Yay, that would really change the experience drastically. /sarcasm
I'm surprised you actually find the constant regurgitation acceptable.
Pardon me, but I don't want to be a drone incapable of knowing a lazy cash-in when he or she sees it.
Following Pokemon wasn't in Gold Or Silver.
Wi FI wasn't in Gold Or Silver.
Two screens didn't work in Gold Or Silver.
See what I'm saying?
Hey, considering it's a remake of a game for the Game Boy Color, it looks amazing now. I would expect it to look like Diamond/Pearl/Platinum, considering what the original looked like.
I mean its not like they sell totally separate games that have only slight differences in an effort to get more people to have to buy more copies of their game or anything.
Asking more from a Pokemon remake is like asking their for more 'reality' in The Real Life Season 12.
I agree with you there!
