Sony Dominated But The Missing Link Still Exists

Sony did great today hands down but there's one disappointement and that's the new firmware. Although the additions are good they aren't first priority that the gamers are looking for so this is a great day with a set back

Xboxlive the real reason why the world in gaming has flocked too Microsoft. Xbox Live is still is the #1 service to game on when it comes to online features and this poses a problem for Sony regardless of a price drop

    Wow...this article is so stupid it's not even funny. Is he really making that big of a deal out of the fact that he didn't get something specific from the Firmware? Wow, get a life kid.

    a ban against my articles you know what you guys are immature man. if someone from IGN wrote this or adam sessler him self you guys would not respond that way so stop being childish. first of all it's a good article why cause it make sense man. Sony did a hell of a job at gamescom but there is a missing link and that's the online features that fans has been craving for , for a very long time now. let me ask you this if sony showed off new networking features that matches xbox live or even exceed it plus psn network is free imagine how much more bigger the news would've been. so yes they did great but there's still a missing peace too the puzzle how is that a bad article come on you guys. if you disagree about something then let's talk but you don't even say anything too support your statement. Example oh it's hiphopgamer don't click on it are you serious if did a interview with cliffy b about gears of war 3 before anyone else you'll probably be dumb enough to say the same things your saying now. grow up ya'll we're adults here and we love gaming so instead of bashing people and hating all the time, let's have a reasonable talk or just say why you feel my article isn't that good. non of you supported your statements all ya'll did was complain. now you tell me is that ethical

      Well, okay, back up my comments? Okay . . . Well . . . Not sure how I can back it up beside saying that I really DO look at who submits the articles before even considering reading the article. And I really DO know that you and Master Samo do things from HHGS . . . . What else is there to say?

      Now, why are so many against the HHGS articles? Because try as hard as many may, they cannot provide a logical argument against what is being said because any logic will be ignored. It's like trying to have a logical debate with someone whose only defense is "So?" or "I don't care, you have your oppinion, I have mine" There's no way to HAVE an actual conversation with the person.

      As for what's wrong with this article, I didn't read it, so. . .
      But if all you're saying is Software and network features were the Missing Link in the thing, it's biased to begin with. I mean, yeah Sony can go ahead and say all these awesome features that would blow the competition away. But 1)I don't care about that, because I'm sick and tired of fanboy console war arguments. 2)Are they doing it? If they didn't announce the stuff . . . why are there complaints that they didn't announce something that they aren't working on? 3)I utterly loath and despise this console war fanboyism!!! If sony makes their online features better than the competition, while still remaining free . . . I DON'T CARE! I mean I'll really enjoy it because I have a PS3 so I'll care to that extent, but it's not going to make me go all "Well the PS3 is better than the 360!!!" Because it isn't. Each of the consoles have different games and features that appeal to different people. I won't buy a PS3 unless I enjoy the games on it. And I won't buy a 360 or a Wii unless I enjoy the games on it. Otherwise I'd be wasting my money.

      Now I bought a PS3 not JUST for the games but because I saw some opportunity. However, I also enjoy the games on it. So it was a win/win situation. But it's not because "The PS3 is teh betta one!!!!!111!!1!1!!!!"

      You posted an article about xbox handheld systems having better online play then the PSP. Microsoft has said nothing about a handheld system yet. You posted some fake crap to get more people to vist your site.
      So right there is one of the many reasons why I don't like any of your articles.

      Not to mention Master Samo's Eight Part frightmare on why the 360 will dominate 2009. Those articles were so full of logic holes and random guesswork that after that, it was hard to believe there weren't simply monkeys working on your site.
