It would be strange if they used all their major exclusives as launch titles.

Halo 4, Gears 3, Fable 4 etc.

They could use Gears of War 3 as a launch title to give the Xbox 720 a big advantage over the other consoles released at the time. Considering how unpolished Gears of War 2 felt, I think they should definitely take their time with Gears 3 .

I think so. Why throw all three games onto the same platform when you can end the trilogy with a technological bang? Look at God of War 3: it's debuting on the PS3 to finish the series, instead of just cranking it out onto the PS2. I think finishing a series on the next console is a good way to really draw attention to it and give it a real 'final' feel.

I wish they would perfect the hardware on the first console before they slop something together and shove it on the unsuspecting populace. OR just stick to software, and let others make the hardware.

They could always go the R&C route and put the trilogy on the 360, then have some other storyline for the next console. That way those loving the game can play the whole trilogy without needing to buy the next console to finish it, while still giving them the game if they DO buy the next console.

I reckon it would be good to bring it out on the next box, to raise the profile, but hwy would people want to pay for a new xbox, when there is:

xbox 360 - Arcade
Xbox 360 - Premium
xbox elite

All of them are the same. Just The ELITE has a bigger hard drive and The ARCADE you cant play online.
What will the new box have different to the ELITE And 360 ??

And i reckon gow3 should come out on the xbox 360
