Call of Duty Black Ops Voted ‘Best Game Ending’ Of All Time

It's no secret that water levels in games usually suck. But what are the absolute worst of the worst water levels? Go to the source to find out....
You know that friend nobody likes? The one that keeps showing up because no one’s told him to buzz off? That’s what water levels are to videogames. Upon arrival, they kill the mood and alienate anyone who was on the fence about staying or leaving. In short, they tend to ruin the entire flow of a game that’s otherwise just fine, and very few titles have been able to do liquid environments right.
This sure as hell isn’t news. “Water levels suck” is right up there with “hey did you know most games based on movies suck?” - but somehow we’ve never given our two cents on the matter. So, here’s our take on the most offensive examples, and along the way we’ll discover (together!) exactly why they suck so very much.

What about Ecco the dolphin? The entire game, pretty much, was one big frustrating water level >_<

Sonic's however were goddamn annoying.
The lack of rescuing Emma in MGS2: Sons of Liberty was disappointing. Damn that damn level, dammit.
OOT Water Temple is an insult to the rest of the game. Too much switching.
Skies of Arcadia? You spend very little time actually in water I really don't think it qualifies.
TMNT was a pretty shit game overall so, meh, a crappy water level can't make it much worse.
I'm not really too fond of any water levels. They all suck.
I think they should add Assassins Creed, the dock mission. I fell my ass into the water so *bleep*ing many times
