This article looks at what makes the PS3 a better value over the 360. It takes a look at the recent inclusion of Netflix and how the PS3 has caught up to the competition and may be on the verge of passing them.
With this week's announcement that the PS3 will be getting Netflix streaming in November I thought it might be time to take a look at whether the PS3 has surpassed the 360 in overall value."

Sure you pay for it and you get alot for the minimal ammount that you pay.
Thought i must say, the PSN is looking alot better nowadays and i can surely say that after a bit longer they'll both be equals, i still won't mind paying for one of them though.
Neo is the only social network site I need (=D (Thumbs up or die!)
But technical-wise I'd say it's been more valuable. The hardware is a bit more high-tech for one . . . which is why its cost has been so high until lately. It has a great number of games available to it, as well as several media-centered features.
The 360 is good for what it is though. If you want wired connections and don't care about next gen formats, go all out. The online is basically equal between the two now.
Online is nowhere near equal though. As long as the games I play online are multi-platform I'll always get it for 360. Party chat alone is a strong reason for this.
or you can also now watch Netflix movies together with a group of ppl, and being in a party allows you to talk while the movie is going on if you want. or if you dont want to hear your friends being idiots and talking during the movie, you can always mute them.
Of course, I still primarily play my 360 since I prefer it's game library and online capabilities, and I kind of doubt the PS3 is ever going to be 'on top' this generation. Sony *bleep*ed up pretty hardcore this time around and have no one but themselves to blame, really.
Anyway, I generally agree that the PS3 looks to be more like a console worth it's price. And this comes from a guy who owns neither. (Therefor, no bias.)
Alright . . . who took MrGrimm's share?! Be a good sport and give him what is rightfully his!
