We're in a generation where gamers of all ages have played videogames, even with all the modernized gaming, when we're old as a potato bag, will we still have the edge we had when we were younger? will there be more games catering to the elder? this article examines that.

Imagine what that world might be like: A world in which the elderly comprise a major demographic among gamers, a demographic so large that it affects the decisions of game developers. Games for the old would no longer be niche forms of entertainment that the young would sift through in order to find the "real" games. What will that strange, wrinkled tomorrow be like?

We won't have the egde and game won't cater to us. Nintendo will cater to us with Brain Age haha, but no games will stay the same on the main systems if console gaming is still viable then. If you are 85 years old playing Call of Duty: Post Modern Warfare 67 online against 12 year olds, you may have been a +5KD ass kicker in your prime but suddenly your old man/woman vision might not be up to much and your reflexes maybe slower. Post Modern Warfare 67 is gonna be mighty hard when we are old haha. They won't cater to old people even if we are a major demographic our children and our grand children will still be a far larger demographic.

Actually, if you look into it western countries have an aging population making up a larger percentage of the inhabitants every year, so I wouldn't be at all surprised to see them being catered for more.
Age restricted matchmaking on COD: post modern warfare 67 is a possibility I think

    Kid: "NOOB! You lag!!!"

Me at 70: "Eh lad? Hold on I need my hearing aid..."
