Let's face it, some fighting games should never have been released as standalone titles, so why not capitalize on it and create a new trend: fighting games as bonus content.

Why don’t beat ‘em up games like Unbound Saga have two-player street fighting modes as bonus content? Hell, why don’t most action games include them? Would it really be that hard to make the Minotaur in God of War have a crack at Kratos with a human brain behind that giant axe? For those of you who might wonder if that’s even possible, just look at Guardian Heroes for the Sega Saturn. It let players duke it out with many of the game’s characters in a bonus fighting mode.
