Alannah from RatedG4Gamer takes a look at the future of gaming and gives us all a good reason to get excited. Fable III + Project Natal can only equal one thing, good times ahead.
2010 is already being called the "Year of Gaming" by some Xbox 360 gamers because of the arrival of gaming experiences such as Fable III and Project Natal.
Lionhead Studios' third instalment of Fable titled, Fable Three (III), takes place 50 years after the second game and the character you inhabit is the child of the Hero that you played in the second game. This character rises to taking a place of Royalty, through this the player is required to govern their land and make choices that influence the game and the character leading to the catchphrase of the Fable game franchise, "What Will You Become?".

Fable III on the other hand I welcome with open arms.
Make a this face -> XD
i played through fable 2. it has a lot of cool ideas, but all of them are very basic, and shallow.
the combat is weak button mashing, or just nuke everything with the fire spell
the character relationships consist of 'talk to him 15 times and he likes you'
they use the same 'stop the moving mark in the specific area' minigame for like 9000 things
property tycooning is fun for about 3 hours until you finally buy everything
everything not related to the main quest is just trivial bullshit
the main quest is trivial bullshit
the 'good or evil' is just like every other game with this mechanic - theres pretty much no benefit to being good, while being evil rewards you greatly.
the entire game is just a big lump of small, half-assed mechanics, topped with some annoying british voice-acting.
I'm up for anything, so bring on Natal as far as I'm concerned.
You know what 2010 is the year of? How about...2010!!
