With his creepy voice, bizarre plots and freakish ability to always come back from the dead, Resident Evil's main antagonist, Albert Wesker, is either one of gaming's most memorable villains or one of the most ridiculous. Either way, he's iconic. So Psu.com decided to pay tribute to him.
