A story that does not provide a list, but rather simply points out some of the toughest twosomes in modern gaming when it comes to dealing damage in an efficient manner.

          I've never played J&D or R&C so I wouldn't know, but it's not a list of the toughest duo's, simply just giving a bit of info about some of the best recent one's.

          Okay, so first it was the toughest, but now it isn't because Mario and Luigi or Sonic and Tails are on it... okay. Hypocritical, but we'll run with it.

          So now it's not a list of the toughest but it's giving info about recent ones... but wait! Sonic and Tails are new? Mario and Luigi aren't old legends who everyone knows about anyway? Bioshock and SoTC are 'recent'?

          So what is it now then that point has been disproved?

    I never mention anything about M&L or S&T, that was you. All I said was that it's an article giving some description about a few tough duo's. I never said Sonic & Tails are tough, I never then changed my mind and said they weren't and I never changed my mind again and said they were tough, like your post suggests.

    I don't see how you could possibly have got that from my previous three posts, all of which say nothing about any characters in particular from that article.

          Then it's not the toughest, it's information on the best recent duos.

          Then it is giving information about the toughest again, even though you said it's not about the toughest.

    The first quote is from the article's short description. Notice the way it says "some of the toughest", not all. The second quote I meant that it's not like a top 10 toughest duo of all time, simply just pointing out some of the toughest. The key word again being "some". The third one I'm just emphasising my point that it's not a list of top 10 toughest duo's of all time, instead the article's intentions were to give the reader a bit of a description about a small handful of some of gaming's toughest duo's.

    If you don't understand that then I give up on you, you're not worth the effort. If you do understand it, feel free to apologise to me in a PM for being a dick, I will not comment about this in this article yet again. Good day.

    As the author of this article, I'll clarify.

    This is not a 'Top Ten' list, just simply a look at some of the 'deadliest' duos in gaming. As the guys with a bit of common sense in here pointed out, this is by no means a definitive round-up, just something to promote a bit of discussion. I'm glad most of you have understood this.
