Resident Evil fans and those who have been following the series may think they know all there is to know about the franchise. Games Abyss wants to prove that these facts are things you probably never knew about the franchise, check it out.

The Resident Evil series has swept the world up in its international tale of disease, infections, and unnecessary singing characters. The series has been called one of the most important in gaming history, and the name is still a major franchise for Capcom. So out of anticipation of RE5's DLC release next month, we present…5 Facts on Resident Evil.

    Resident Evil 1 is notorious for its asinine voce acting and ludicrous script. Did you know that the Japanese version originally had different voice actors (speaking in their native language, of course), but it was all rejected because RE creator Shinji Mikami found the quality unacceptable. Way to go there, guy.

      RE in japanese would sound wierd!

      Besides, they could NEVER have pulled it off. The american VA are superior. To bad the voice acting went to shit since RE2 and beyond.

      Now their, "serious" and "professionals"

      And I never knew about the pink herb. I am so interested in it, IT'S PINK!

    Wow, those facts about RE4 are astonishing, never knew they wanted Leon to have magical powers.
    And I think I know now why Leon's remodel in this game looks like Dante's remodel... hmmmm
