Personally I find the idea of video games being in the olympics one of the DUMBEST idea's I have ever heard.

I don't care how damn good you are or how 'hardcore' you are, sitting on your arse (or standing up in the case of arcades) and twiddling your thumbs isn't something that should be in the olympics.

I'm all for gaming tournaments but gaming in the olympics is stupid imo.

Plus, you don't need to be an athlete to play video games. DDR is like, the only game that really gets you moving, and I'll admit, you look ridiculous while your playing it.

Gaming tournaments are a must when it comes to this stuff, but the olympics? It's just not going to happen.

True. Olympics are for physical sports, not mental ones (well, obviously there's a mental aspect to it for Olympians as well, but you know what I mean).
