5 Sequels We'd Love To Play

Sequels come often in the industry. Some sequels don't come often enough. So TheGamersHub decided to make a short list of some of the forgotten games that deserve a sequel.

Everywhere you look nowadays, games are having sequels released left, right and centre. The craze for commercial exploitation of a franchise is giving us as the fans plenty of new games, but not the sequels we wanted. Whilst we do get the Uncharted 2, Modern Warfare 2 and Left4Dead 2, we don’t get as many sequels to the better (and older) games that we would love. So, developers, are you listening? This is what we want to see.

    I was confused with Lost, since they'd just demand to have control over the game like they did the first one and it'll end up shit again. I understand where you're coming from, but be realistic.

    As for HOW2, I figured why not just play Worms 3D? Then I saw Rik Mayall. I now need to buy and play HOW1 before I die.

    Keep Kotor 3 on that list and add:

    FFVII-2 (which would deal with the ending to DoC)
    Legend of Dragoon
    Kingdom Hearts 3
    MGS5 (neither Rising nor Peace Walker are true sequels)

      MGS5 and KH3 don't count because we know, at some point or other, they're coming. This is more for forgotten games which should be given sequels as stated.

      Oh, and FFVII-2 is a very bad idea. The franchise has been raped enough; they should either just remake it or let it die in peace.

      But Kojima himself said that Peace Walker is MGS5. If not for it being on PSP as it is a true sequel to MG23.

      FFVII should be left alone, DoC is proof enough that it should have just been the original game and nothing more.

      Legend of Dragoon however must be remade or something.

        Agreed on the Legend of Dragoon part. There should be a remake or it should be put on the Playstation Network. That game was amazing and it's a shame that not a lot of people played it. A second game to it would be pretty interesting. Even if it's like a prequel of the Dragon Campaign.

    Definitely Kotor 3, I want that more on PS3 than Mass Effect and Left 4 Dead combined, even just on 360 would be nice.

    The game that must be on that list is probably...I dunno, a new J&D made by Naughty Dog for PSP, PS2 and PS3. HIG did a good job, but it just wasn't as good.

    RE5 was a great survival/horror game?
    Well we have completely different tastes then.RE5 wasn't a great anything game.

    The VERY short time you spend in the mansion in LiN imo was a hundred times better than RE5 and there weren't even any enemies.

    Anyway a new DC would kick arse.Especilly if it completely disregards that trash that was DC3.



    I will bounce around off the walls if Bully 2 is being made.

    I want some of the older street fighting games cause I like Tatsunoko vs Capcom I want to see what the other old squeals of the street fighting games were like.
