The vast majority of people thought that Demon's Souls was one of the better games to come out last year, but they are all sorely mistaken. Matty from Defcon: Awesome breaks down the top 5 reasons why this game is anything but awesome.

    I agree, aside from that though. I hate the overuse of suck. It seems everytime someone has a mild distaste for a game they start screaming it sucks. When in all honesty based on the assessment they thought it was alright.

    All of his reasons are what makes the game as good as it is, save the lock-on system. Frankly he's severely overusing the word "suck" in this case; it's more of a list of what could be done better in an otherwise good game.

    I have to say, though, when he says it's not hard but just tedious, I thought to myself: "one, yes the game is hard, and two, most games nowadays are mind-numbingly easy. Shut yer trap, boi."

    Man, these 'hating popular titles' blogs are popping up all over the place, huh?

    For the love of god stop with the lame incentives and jokes. Just get right down to why you don't like it...and most importantly, refrain from stating that those who like it are wrong for liking it. That's beyond close-minded. People can like/dislike whatever the hell they want. It's their opinion, their freedom to have that interest.

    A better blog about someone disliking a well-known title should be a little more serious and back their statements up. And just to point out, I haven't even played Demon's Souls, but if I hated it, I'd definitely word things better.
