Sega Genesis also did everything - just not as sexy

If you thought the PS3 was the first system to do everything then you are wrong. Back when Sega world the world the Genesis was able to do everything at the time...just not as sexy.

We’re at the stage in the console lifecycle where console makers are trying their darnest to get gamers to buy all sorts of crazy add-ons. If you think that the gaming peripherals madness is bad now, then you surely must have forgotten about Sega during their console days.

    LMAO. So many add-on peripherals XD

    I mean, I knew about (and had) Sonic and Knuckes (and played it with Sonic 2 and 3), but that's it....

    Sonic and Knuckles (with the expansion to work with Sonic 2 and 3 as I said) was something really epic to my young self, back in the day XD

    The Sega Mega Drive (to give it it'sproper name) was and still is one of the best consoles ever created

    Sega ruled during the 1990's creating some of the best stuff ever and in the process kicking poor old Ninty all over the place.
