There are many different video game consoles available today, making it difficult to decide which one to buy. This is especially true if you’re not familiar with the different systems and buying a gaming console for the first time. The six main systems available today include the PS2, PS3, PSP, Xbox 360, Nintendo DS and Nintendo Wii. The best way to determine how to choose which video game console to buy would be to ask yourself a few questions. The type of gamer you are will help determine which system is going to meet your needs the best.

    This is probably the worst buying guide I've ever seen.

      My favorite part was the "The new Final Fantasy games can only be played on the Playstation consoles and Halo is designed for the Xbox and Xbox 360."
      There are so many things wrong with that one sentence. FF13 was multiplat, not to mention all the handheld FF games they make, and this "guide" is supposed to be for the current generation and they keep refering to the ps2 and orginal xbox.
      Either a 10 year old wrote this or a 70 year old woman, I can't decide.

    I wouldn't say it was a terrible guide, but it certainly needs some corrections done, not to mention there is some bad grammar here and there.

    Very so so article

    Totaly wrong about Final Fantasy not being on 360. But he is correct about Xbox Live and the graphics on the 360.

    Am I the only one who thought that the PS2 was dead. I had no idea it was still going.

      The ps2 is the only one left from it's generation that isn't dead. It gets some support here and there.
