Call of Duty Black Ops Voted ‘Best Game Ending’ Of All Time

This is a feature editorial from gaming website PlanetXbox360.com that looks at the recent price increase of the Xbox LIVE online gaming service and what the pros and cons of that decision are.
It would be an irresponsible understatement to say that there was a great deal of mixed opinions spreading across the internet yesterday on the announcement that Microsoft would be bumping up the price of the Xbox Live Gold come November 1st by a scant $10. Despite those who have still not gotten over the immediate outrage and will continue screaming foul long after anyone has stopped caring, there's admittedly a fair amount of validity to their arguments.

The only gripe I have with XBL is the marketplace. Being in Germany, there are content restrictions (such as some 18+ titles like GTA IV I can't buy over XBL) and some titles aren't available at all.
However, I have no issues heading to the nearest German Gamestop and buying games there, except the 18+ games are more expensive due to the way the country is ran, although this is easily by-passable by simply ordering from GAME and getting them shipped out.
The above isn't due to Microsoft and there isn't anything they can do about it (except stop advertising damn games I can't get >_< )
Overall, I am more than happy to spend the extra for my gold account, as long as I am still able to play my games both offline and online.
