Need recommendations on what games to buy for your Wii? There's more than first party titles out there that are worth checking out. Game Podunker Rrquinta compiles the games worth your time.

So you have this little white (or maybe black) box sitting by your TV. You know it's supposed to be used for something, but you can't quite figure out what. It doesn't play movies, and it isn't high-def. However, as much vitriol as the Wii gets, it does have quite a few excellent gaming experiences, many of which are unique to that little console. So if your Wii is gathering dust, and playing Wii Sports with Grandma has gotten old, check out some of these great third-party Wii games and remember what it was like to have fun on a Nintendo console again.

I've always heard good things from most of the games. I should probably invest a few dollars in some of those games for my Wii.

Most of the games on that list are rated T -decidedly out of your described range - and get great scores despite having little to no hype.

So, unlike the super hype machines that just fall back on their name(much like a certain series that has fallen back in quality since its 9th numbered entry) to draw in the reviews, they got by entirely on their own merits.

      I'm 27 and damn proud to say I own a Wii (and PS3) and not a 360.

You're attempting to put people down over a video games console and you think you're in any position to be talking about shame? Personally I'd hang my head in shame if I was that shallow.
