Guilty Pleasure Games

Craig from TV and Lust explores why the Spike VGAs are not only a terrible award show in and of itself, but also why the show is detrimental to gaming all together.
By this point, I’m sure many readers are aching to tell me, “You’re not supposed to take this seriously. Why are you taking this seriously? Stop taking this seriously.” But the people who are telling your parents that games are bad for you, and the people who are telling you that games shouldn’t be protected by the First Amendment, and the people who are insistent video games are not art, they are taking it seriously, and this is the kind of garbage they see.

Only place I see a game that's not even out yet is MOST ANTICIPATED, meaning GAMES PEOPLE LOOK FORWARD TO ; ; All other games I see came out today, GT isn't expected till the END of December, AFTER the VGAs, seriously.
However these other games come out before the show, people can buy them and vote for them accordingly.
At least do your goddamn research if you're going to antagonize people.
Last I heard it was December, but w/e it'll probably get delayed again anyway.
And I don't mean that in a ironic, A-hole sort of way. I genuinely thought that was funny.
But god forbid knowing about something and talking about it go hand in hand, right?
That doesn't happen in other outlets? Whether it's IGN's awards or Lord of the Rings getting nominated for every category in the Oscars, if a game/whatever is good enough to be nominated for X of the year, of course it's gonna be getting other nominations.
Pointing out that others outlets do this (or, at least, possibly do it) is sort of a strawman; the article isn't about them. It's the equivalent of telling your parents you hit your sister because she hit you first. It doesn't make it ok.
just be glad Bayonetta didnt get nominated for jack squat. it sure shut hoggy the hell up!!
