Okay, i think we all this by now but right now Wrestling as a whole is a low point but sometime in the near future it will pick up again just like the old days.

I grew up in the attidue era and I just cant watch the crap they have on now. Until Vince brings back the pg13 rating and they have a good wrestler/charcter who's good on the mic as their top guy and get rid of Cena I wont watch another minute.

Funny thing is that at times the current WWE is more brutal than when it wasn't PG.Some of the wrestlers go absolutely pycho on another.John Cena, Kofi, Randy Orton (though he just is psycho), Batista, they have all had some major snaps.

Recently Edge pretty much went on a torture spree with Paul Bearer.

Unless of course you're an idiot (not directed at you) who thinks that no blood means no brutality, the WWE is still at times brutal.

Speaking of blood, I have been watching the Elimitation Chamber 3 disc DVD set and honestly everyone getting busted open all the time was annoying.I was actually happy when it got to the matches where blood wasn't allowed.

Don't get me wrong, the attitude era was the best but I personally think people exaggerate a little bit about how bad the WWE currently is.Though the story lines (what little storylines there are) are crap and there's not any wrestlers who stand out like The Rock or Stone Cold.

Gamesta100 said it best, you can't forgot about the Big Show putting John Cena through a spotlight.

I still think that the whole PG13 thing is a bit of a dampener. I mean yes they still go absolutely nuts and I can easily go without the blood, but some times you get a Hell in a Cell match or a Street Fight and see them take knocks that should go a bit further and they can't because that bit further will get the match stopped.

I have recently watched the TNA Hardcore Justice PPV from last year again, and most of the matches there was no blood yet it was still brutal, but I will say that blood made the Raven and Tommy Dreamer match up more visceral once Dreamer all but sliced his head open when he landed on a chair wrong...

Mentioning TNA further proves that wrestling doesn't have to be PG13 to be good.I will take PG WWE over that boring PG13 crap that is TNA.

I think the problem with the no pg13 rating is the storylines and not the matches themselves. Just look at how terrible and unfunny DX was when they came back. The two biggest wrestlers in the past 15 years, Stone Cold and The Rock wouldnt have been allowed to say 95% of the stuff they said or half of their storylines. The Godfather wasnt even allowed to be a guest host for raw because they wouldnt give them a pg rating for that show.
