Xbox 360 users were disappointed when Valve did not make good on their promise to release a single update for the 360 version of Team Fortress 2. But after playing the game on PC, the National Xbox 360 Examiner argues the 360 version may be better off after all.

The problem with Team Fortress 2 on PC is that it is more about what items you have rather than your actual skill level.

Hm, I don't know, whilst it's more complex on the PC, the fun is definitely more present than the 360 version, at least from my experience. The 360 community isn't nearly as large, but they do get content as far as it's limits would take it.

The items are pretty much all done in the most balanced way possible. A lot of folks don't mind the items, and still kick ass with the original weapons. Personally, I go for the hats, because hats are funky, unique, and cool. From a traditional standpoint, I can see why someone would prefer the 360 version, but you have to be crazy to believe that the PC version is inferior. Just my take on it. Interesting read, some valid points.

tf2 is a visual mess on the pc. halfassed weapon/hat models, terrible 'unusual' particle effects, brightly-painted hats that stick out like a crooked nail. the game just looks awful now.
