Nintendo systems often entice gamers to get them on launch day. But with its weak battery life and lackluster launch lineup, is the Nintendo 3DS worth getting on day one?

People need to stop nitpicking and looking for things to bitch about.

But, in this article's defense, I'll probably be waiting to pick up a 3DS until the Zelda and/or Kingdom Hearts are released.

Personally, I'll be waiting for the second model and some awesome first-party titles.

I don't even think I'm getting a 3DS on launch because I have other things to buy. It doesn't help that I'm not that interested in the current launch games.

Battery life is no problem for me tbh. I'm use to having to charge my Galaxy phone everyday since I use it so much so the battery doesn't last.

I was gonna get it, but then all the stuff they didn't tell us at the start trickled out (poor battery etc..) and killed all my enthusiasm. I'll be getting the PSP2 instead which may also have a poor battery life, but it's also practically equal to a PS3 in power so it actually has an excuse..
