    I think Graphics don't matter. Just because it's a new year, doesn't mean the graphics have to be brilliant.

    But then, people like games with great graphics, not something you can't see that's covered with pixels.

    I think graphics have become a little less significant as this generation of consoles has continued. Games on the 360 and PS3 really aren't bragging about it as much as they used to anyway.

    I've never really thought of the whole debate with the PS3 and 360 vs the Wii about graphics anyway. It's more about complexity.

      That always happens though really. I mean every generation boasts for a few years about the visuals and then it all becomes widely accepted as current gen and normal for every game to look great.

      We'll get the same torrent of graphical geek speak from developers once the PS4 and Xbox 3 hit the market, with them all talking about how many billions of polygons they can now use to make each character compared to the 200 million polygons allowed on previous hardware, it always happens.
