The article mentions the new hardware somewhat, but then compares it to Sony's handling of NGP, which is still a year away. Nintendo was getting all the titles I just mentioned out a year a way from 3DS, so the comparison is apples and oranges.
I'd say the Wii is in a drought, but all consoles hit that drought after the Christmas rush is over. The article mentions the other consoles getting games in a vague manner, but makes no moves to back it up whatsoever. I mean, really, what blockbusters have hit the 360 or PS3 in the last three months? Marvel Vs. Capcom and Bulletstorm?
The Wii suffers from a lack of 3rd party support. We've all know that since the N64 came out. This is what Nintendo systems do.
And for games released in the last three months, MvC, Bulletstorm, Killzone 3, Dragon Age 2, Homefront, God Eater Burst, Yakuza 4, Shogun 2, Crysis 2, Dissidia 2, Shift 2, and the 3rd Birthday. These aren't rare titles or anything either, all of these have a good following and are all hyped for. That's in this month alone too. All those titles for other consoles in a period of one month.
Basically so far you guys have Xenoblade, the new Zelda, and Conduit 2.

NGP is coming out this holiday season by the way.
The 360 is getting a pathetic amount of exclusives this year, the multi-platform games are saving their asses, but for this year, the PS3 is going to pretty much shit all over it.
Personally this year is all about the PS3, PC and 3DS for me.
