Where have all the ninja games gone? In the 90's we seemed to have a ton of them. I look back at some of the franchises that have come and gone and spend a moment to mull over memories of both joy and frustration. We need more ninja games that are centered more than just hack and slash. What do you think?

It’s no secret that ninjas are cool. It’s also no secret that ninja games are mysteriously fading out. I’m not talking about the fast paced, hack and slash action of new age Ninja Gaiden, I’m talking blood thirsty shadow wearing assassins who use tactics and precision and would cut off your head and give it no second thought. There’s been a small handful of good series that have all shown potential, yet seem to have just faded into darkness over the years.
