thats unlucky but I would hardly call one glitch a major problem. and as for for people 'always booting when they get the chance' that's just not true, many times have I forgiven someone for an accidental betrayal just as many times people have not booted me for accidental betrayals

One person booted me on Halo: Reach! THAT MEANS EVERYONE WHO GETS THE CHANCE TO BOOT ALWAYS BOOTS! IT'S A FACT!

No it's not, infact, Betrayal booting hardly ever happens on Halo: Reach anymore.

Every time I have ever betrayed someone, I have been booted. In a game last week, I had the Scorpion at the enemy base, was on a 38 kill streak with it (leading the team obviously) and accidentally killed a teammate that was boarding an enemy vehicle the same moment I shot it. He immediately booted me. So not only did he kick the best player off his team for an accident, he gave the enemy team the scorpion tank! My team ended up losing that game.

as much as i hate to admit, Xander is right about this. there are unfortunately many immature or just douchey players on Reach, or just Xbox Live in general who will boot a teammate at the drop of a hat. either they takes things too personally and think their teammate did it on purpose or they just hit the boot button without really giving it much thought.

although i have betrayed people and NOT gotten booted a few times, so who knows.
