    I recognized the Jump Ultimate Stars screenshot immediately. I'm so jealous that game exists only in Japan.

    Not really a big fan of Naruto or Bleach. But the combined efforts of a gazillion of these crazy characters is like an anime Super Smash Bros.

    in terms of that sort of thing, yeah they are better as we get total crapfests when they make something based off a movie/TV show. thats cause they are only trying to cash in, but Japanese devs seems to care a lot more.

    in terms of just video games in general, western (American, Canadian, UK etc) developed games have generally become much much better than they were even 10 years ago, and Japanese developed games in general have been declining in quality. there are so many AAA American developers today its unreal.
