GSho has announced its annual top ten most-anticipated games of E3 list. Topping the list off is EA DICE's upcoming Battlefield 3 followed by Aliens: Colonial Marines, Deus Ex: Human Revolution, and seven additional titles. The Electronic Entertainment Expo runs all next week in and around the Los Angeles Convention Center.

GamingShogun writes: "Prey was one of those games that took quite a while to be developed, being used as a test-bed for a number of game engines back as far as 1995 by 3D Realms. After being contracted out to Human Head Studios, the game finally released in 2006 to very good reviews, praising the game’s unique, gravity-altering mechanics, pretty visuals, and the interesting internal struggle of the main character – a Native American former-soldier living on a reservation (think Johnny Firecloud if Johnny ended up getting abducted by aliens, not picked on by racist townsfolk)..."

Nice list and explanations as to why. I would have added SWTOR on it but I am a bit of a fanatic for that one.

Pretty decent list, actually got me interesting in a couple of titles that I forgot about. Not so big on Dead Island like everyone else seems to be. It is just another Zombie game with a little better graphics.

Metro: Last Light and ArmA III I can't wait for, they're gonna be sweet. I'm curious about Dead Island, it looks pretty good, but we'll have to wait and see.

I'm excited for...none of these games. Give me Uncharted 3, The Last Guardian, Tomb Raider, Twisted Metal. That's a bit more like it.

BF3, Deus Ex and possibly Dead Island for GOTY contenders.
