Video game website PlanetXbox360.com breaks down the E3 2011 Microsoft Press Conference announcement by small announcement and gives their thoughts on whether or not the show was a success, in the eyes of gamers.

Wow. Xbox 360 fans have a lot to be excited about, as the Microsoft press conference blew the lid off of a number of exciting exclusives as well as an all new dashboard chockfull of exciting features. While the 360 may only have a handful of major exclusives this year, enough new content was shown from both third and first party developers to make any Xbox owner giddy with joy. If you missed the jam-packed show earlier today, fear not for we have taken the time to compile a rundown of all the major announcements at the conference. So without further ado, here we go.

    Another Forza. Another Gears. Another Halo.

    Hell, same could be said for Sony; Another Uncharted. Another Resistance. Another InFamous.

      Thing is though, that's all MSoft has in exclusives announced atm except for everything on Kinect.

      I'm just surprised Sony didn't show more of Twisted Metal, The Last Guardian and R&C: All 4 One. Though they did showcase Vita and announce an exclusive Bioshock title for it, which is fantastic.

        Yeah, the big "shock and awe" factor's been kinda missing from E3 thus far. Half the 'reveals' we already knew about prior.

      Except Sony had the Vita to show off...which looks freaking awesome

    Even the ME3 stuff was nothing content wise compared to the EA conference. I was hoping to see something more from Halo:CE remake, only 7 online maps isn't very many. Vita easily blew away MS.
